Despatch & Delivery
We make every effort to despatch all orders a quickly as possible. Most orders palced before 4pm UK time Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. During busier periods it may take 1-2 days to despatch your order. After despatch, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and within 7-10 business days for international orders. During peak trading periods delivery times may take slightly longer.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so where possible we will do all we can to accomodate your wishes. Products can be accepted for return if they are un-opened, un-used and sealed in their original packaging. To comply with hygiene regulations we cannot accept products that have been opened or used as returns.

Designed to reduce the appearance of blemishes and return your skin to a healthy and happy glow, this vitamin dense formulation contains Niacinamide which is also known as Vitamin B3. Reducing inflammation and helping the skin to shed dead skin cells, this innovation in skin care can be combined with a Vitamin C routine to create the velvety smooth and desirably touchable skin you've been dreaming about for years.

Apply to cleansed skin twice daily before applying moisturiser.  If using a Vitamin C product in the same regime, alternate with this, do not put them both on at the same time.

This product has been working really well to calm my acne, only been using for just over a week and has worked wonders for my combination + sensitive skin type. However please do not lather this product on - Use one little drop on the tip of a finger, rub hands together and pat onto face, do not rub in either. This allows the skin to get gradually used to the product without it being over powering, as many products in the past have made me break out even worse.

It's very good, delivery a little late but we'll worth it. Smoothing consistency, sinks in quickly. Makes my skin look smoother, brighter, less red (my darks spots faded) and minimises the look of pores (helping with blackheads and whiteheads) highly recommended. It's well worth it
