Despatch & Delivery
We make every effort to despatch all orders a quickly as possible. Most orders palced before 4pm UK time Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. During busier periods it may take 1-2 days to despatch your order. After despatch, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and within 7-10 business days for international orders. During peak trading periods delivery times may take slightly longer.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so where possible we will do all we can to accomodate your wishes. Products can be accepted for return if they are un-opened, un-used and sealed in their original packaging. To comply with hygiene regulations we cannot accept products that have been opened or used as returns.

We try our best to keep a healthy inventory and where possible items that are listed as in-stock are available for immediate despatch from our warehouse. Whilst we strive to keep our stock levels completely accurate, however from time-to-time we may have to contact you to arrange a delivery of an item which is unavailable.

The most popular shave oil we carry, Shave Oil by The Refinery has been blended by the expert aromatherapists at Aromatherapy Associates. A unique blend of essential oils and moisture-rich carrier oils deliver protection, nourishment and direct access to the growth. On contact with water, the oil immediately clears from the razor meaning your blade doesn't clog and your shave is executed perfectly well. Carries a wonderful aroma, courtesy of blended Geranium, Borage and Patchouli essential oils.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT . FAST EFFICIENT SERVICE.

Aromatherapy Associates seem to have discontinued this so I was so relieved to get hold of one. The smell is incredible and the feel on your skin is so smooth and soothing. My son loves it but actually you don’t have to have a beard to use it because it’s smells amazing!

Nice stuff, terrible dispensing

Nice oil, great smell, great shave. BUT!!!!!! You have to shake the bottle harder than you would trying to get the last ketchup out of an ancient ketchup bottle and so trying to get just ‘5 or 6 drops’ is an impossible task. Bashing away to get the right amount out is a bloody pain, so much so I am actually shaving less... fix the lid and the way to get the stuff out of the bottle and it would be 4.5/5.0 stars....
