Our warehouse is located in the United Kingdom, just south of London in Surrey. All orders are processed directly from our warehouse and below you can find a list of the countries we deliver to. Our preferred delivery partner is Royal Mail, with Next Day and Express deliveries being beautifully handled by DPD.

Returns

If you change your mind, don't worry. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items to us. Products must be returned to us in saleable condition, unused and with all original packaging and security seals intact. Sadly we're unable to accept products for return which have been used or opened. Returns postage costs will need to be covered by you. Please use a trackable delivery method to return items to us as we can not be held responsible for items that go missing in the postal system.

 


What to do if your item is faulty

If you've received an item which is faulty, please return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery. The return postage costs will be covered by us once the item has been inspected by us and deemed faulty.
