- We make every effort to despatch all orders a quickly as possible. Most orders palced before 4pm UK time Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. During busier periods it may take 1-2 days to despatch your order. After despatch, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and within 7-10 business days for international orders. During peak trading periods delivery times may take slightly longer.

- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so where possible we will do all we can to accomodate your wishes. Products can be accepted for return if they are un-opened, un-used and sealed in their original packaging. To comply with hygiene regulations we cannot accept products that have been opened or used as returns.

- We try our best to keep a healthy inventory and where possible items that are listed as in-stock are available for immediate despatch from our warehouse. Whilst we strive to keep our stock levels completely accurate, however from time-to-time we may have to contact you to arrange a delivery of an item which is unavailable.

Flamingo Body Wax Strips are suitable for most skin and all hair types.

Wax Strips:
Glyceryl Rosinate, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Beeswax/Cire d'abeille, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate.
Post Wax Strips:
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Pentylene Glycol, 4-t-Butylcyclohexanol, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Serenoa Serrulata Fruit Extract, Epilobium Angustifolium Extract, Cucurbita Pepo (Pumpkin) Seed Extract, Ormenis Multicaulis Oil, Lavandula Hybrida Oil, Ascorbyl Palmitate.
Before use, carry out a test on a small part of the area to be waxed. If there is no adverse reaction, continue using the product. Pull the strip apart slowly to keep the wax even on both sides. Apply in the direction of hair growth, pull skin taut, and quickly pull strip off in the opposite direction to remove hair. Don’t worry, each kit comes with easy to follow instructions (with pictures!) to make the process easier and a little less painful.
