- We make every effort to despatch all orders a quickly as possible. Most orders palced before 4pm UK time Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. During busier periods it may take 1-2 days to despatch your order. After despatch, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and within 7-10 business days for international orders. During peak trading periods delivery times may take slightly longer.

- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so where possible we will do all we can to accomodate your wishes. Products can be accepted for return if they are un-opened, un-used and sealed in their original packaging. To comply with hygiene regulations we cannot accept products that have been opened or used as returns.

- We try our best to keep a healthy inventory and where possible items that are listed as in-stock are available for immediate despatch from our warehouse. Whilst we strive to keep our stock levels completely accurate, however from time-to-time we may have to contact you to arrange a delivery of an item which is unavailable.

This lightweight milky formula helps to condition the scalp creating the perfect platform for healthy hair re-growth. Similar in approach to The Ordinary's skincare products, Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA for Scalp works with the scalp's natural hydration barrier to improve scalp health and prevent flaking. Hyaluronic Acid and Squalane improve the skin barrier protection by drenching the scalp in hydration and improving skin health.
Insider's Tip: Shake well before use and apply at nighttime. Do not rinse it out.
Aqua (Water), Squalane, C12-13 Alkyl Glyceryl Hydrolyzed Hyaluronate, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Glycine, Alanine, Serine, Valine, Isoleucine, Proline, Threonine, Histidine, Phenylalanine, Glutamic Acid, Glucose, Fructose, Sucrose, PCA, Sodium PCA, Zinc PCA, Magnesium PCA, Manganese PCA, Urea, Sodium Lactate, Lactic Acid, Hexyl Nicotinate, Lauryl Glucoside, Myristyl Glucoside, Polyglyceryl-6 Laurate, Isoceteth-20, Dextrin, Hexylene Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin.
Shake well before use. Massage a few drops thoroughly into clean, dry scalp once daily, ideally at bedtime. This formula is a leave-in treatment. Do not wash hair or scalp after application. If irritation occurs, rinse off, cease use, and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin. Patch testing prior to use is advised. Keep out of reach of children.
