We make every effort to despatch all orders a quickly as possible. Most orders palced before 4pm UK time Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. During busier periods it may take 1-2 days to despatch your order. After despatch, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and within 7-10 business days for international orders. During peak trading periods delivery times may take slightly longer.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so where possible we will do all we can to accomodate your wishes. Products can be accepted for return if they are un-opened, un-used and sealed in their original packaging. To comply with hygiene regulations we cannot accept products that have been opened or used as returns.
We try our best to keep a healthy inventory and where possible items that are listed as in-stock are available for immediate despatch from our warehouse. Whilst we strive to keep our stock levels completely accurate, however from time-to-time we may have to contact you to arrange a delivery of an item which is unavailable.
All orders are paid for up-front at the time of checking-out. Promotions may be offered periodically which we invite you to take take advantage of, unless otherwise stated, the follwoing brands are always excluded from discount codes: Escentric Molecule, Carthusia, Boudicca Wode, The Beautiful Mind Series, sale items. Other exclusions may be specific to individual offers and you will be notified of this accordingly.
