Despatch & Delivery: We make every effort to despatch all orders a quickly as possible. Most orders palced before 4pm UK time Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. During busier periods it may take 1-2 days to despatch your order. After despatch, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and within 7-10 business days for international orders. During peak trading periods delivery times may take slightly longer.

Returns & Replacements: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so where possible we will do all we can to accomodate your wishes. First try of this bear oil. Smells amazing and initial view is that it's friendly on the skin and beard. Fingers crossed this continues and I've found my beard oil brand of choice. Excellent service from the vendor The Beautiful.

This is my favourite , I cannot smell it on myself after initial application , but after hours, I will be walking along somewhere and someone will always ask me what I am wearing. Because they love it, that is exactly how I discovered it, I smelt it on somebody else, who was amazed I could smell it as she had put it on “8 hrs ago” she told me what it was and now if I can afford it I won’t have anything else it’s simply….DIVNE

This is the re-named 'Cold and Flu' Soak' and appears to have the same ingredients as before. For anyone suffering from a heavy cold, the flu' or Covid, a few caps of this in a steaming bath helped ease my sinuses and promoted a better night's sleep. Alternatively, inhaling a cap's worth in a bowl of hot water also helps. Highly recommended.
