Despatch & Delivery
We make every effort to despatch all orders a quickly as possible. Most orders palced before 4pm UK time Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. During busier periods it may take 1-2 days to despatch your order. After despatch, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and within 7-10 business days for international orders. Returns & Replacements

The perfume arrived in good time, but given the small size and high price of the item, I'd have hoped that the box would at least be intact, to make it look worth the money. In fact the cardboard sleeve had come undone at the join. It is a Christmas present, so I have had a fiddly job of trying to glue it together. Kind of takes the gloss off the experience, if you know what I mean.
