Despatch & Delivery
We make every effort to despatch all orders a quickly as possible. Most orders palced before 4pm UK time Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. During busier periods it may take 1-2 days to despatch your order. After despatch, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and within 7-10 business days for international orders. During peak trading periods delivery times may take slightly longer.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so where possible we will do all we can to accommodate your wishes. My son in France started my hubby with this. obviously he had bought on line. I bought one each for them as a late xmas present, which came with a free gift. That was not the reason to buy. The reason is, it’s so unique, it’s a smell that’s indescribable, it’s masculine, but feminine. It’s a smell that everybody asks, what are you wearing. It’s a lasting smell. Most of all, for a unique one off smell is price. It’s affordable. Would hubby go back to his normal aftershave/perfume? Not as long as ESCENTRIC IS GOING.

Ordered this (for myself), on Dec 22nd, expecting it to arrive after Christmas. To my amazement it arrived the next day!! The colourful, rose scented tissue paper which they wrapped the perfume bottle in was a very thoughtful touch. Top marks for making me feel special. I love the perfume and will try Escentric 02 for my next purchase. Naturally I'll be ordering with The Grooming Clinic.
