Despatch & Delivery
We make every effort to despatch all orders a quickly as possible. Most orders palced before 4pm UK time Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. During busier periods it may take 1-2 days to despatch your order. After despatch, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for UK orders and within 7-10 business days for international orders. Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so where possible we will do all we can to accommodate your wishes. Keep your skin clean while maintaining its natural defences with Hanz de Fuko's natural, delicate formula. Formulated with Matricaria (a flower from the Chamomile family) Extract this Gentle Face Wash reduces irritation while acting like a magnet to dirt and excess oil. Sage Oil help to balance the production of oil on the surface of the skin meaning less shine and improved hydration levels. Anti-bacterial Hibiscus helps to neautralise acne-causing bacteria to refine the skin tone and prevent unsighlty breakouts. For best results, use Hanz de Fuko Gentle Face Wash with lukewarm water, and post-use, splash the face with cold water.

The perfume arrived in good time, but given the small size and high price of the item, I'd have hoped that the box would at least be intact, to make it look worth the money. In fact the cardboard sleeve had come undone at the join. It is a Christmas present, so I have had a fiddly job of trying to glue it together. Kind of takes the gloss off the experience, if you know what I mean.
